The car rental price always includes compulsory civil liability insurance, insurance against theft, passenger insurance and insurance in the event of a car accident with limited personal liability. VAT and administrative fees are also included, so upon arrival at the rental point we guarantee the same rental price as you booked.
INSURANCE
All cars presented to AutoRentalis.lt are covered by car insurance in case of accident, theft, natural disaster, intentional acts of third parties, compulsory motor third party liability insurance (TPVCA).
To get zero liability for a rental vehicle in the event of any event, you can order the additional insurance provided with each car.
DEPOSIT
Compare the deposit requirements to the terms of each rental car provided by the rental companies.
The amount of the deposit depends on the car rental companies and the car class, so you can choose the option that best suits your needs.
Most car rental companies are required to provide a credit bank card to reserve the deposit. The deposit is reserved at the beginning of the rental period and is released upon return of the car.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
When picking up the car, the customer must provide the car rental company with the following valid documents: passport or identity card, driver's license, order number or order confirmation and bank payment card, deposit to make the reservation. Accepted bank card types are listed at each selected car in the terms and conditions of the rental companies.
RENT AGREEMENT
The car rental agreement is concluded with the authorized AutoRentalis.lt car rental suppliers during the car pick-up.
CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER
You have the right to cancel the submitted order free of charge at any time, but no later than 72 hours before the time of withdrawal.
The free cancellation period is indicated with each order and is also provided by email. by mail, in the booking confirmation letter.
In case the order is canceled less than 72 hours before the time of withdrawal, the customer undertakes to reimburse 20 percent of the total price of the submitted order.
In case the order is canceled less than 72 hours before the order pick-up time, and the advance booking fee is paid, AutoRentalis.lt undertakes to return 80%. the total amount of the order, less the cost of a refund.
CAR PICK UP AND DROP OFF
The drop off and pick up of the car is carried out at a place of your choice - at a specific, chosen time.
MILEAGE PROVISIONS

FUEL POLICY
Rental cars are issued with a full tank of fuel. It is mandatory to return the car with the same amount of fuel as the car you were given.
DRIVING PERSON
Requirements for drivers are specified for each selected car in the terms and conditions of rental companies.
ADDITIONAL DRIVER
When ordering a car, you can add additional persons who are entitled to drive a rental car.
ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT
With each car, you can additionally rent GPS navigation systems, WiFi modems, various child seats and other accessories.
