What do you need to take your booking?

• Personal identity document, passport or an ID card
• Driving license vaild in the European Union
• A valid debit or credit card in the name of main driver (Visa, MasterCard). Pre–paid cards, Maestro, AMEX are not accepted.
• Together with personal information please provide the car rental company with booking confirmation number that has been sent to your email.

Payment options on arrival:

• The car rental can be paid by cash, bank card.

• Mileage is unlimited!

Driving to other countries

• Driving area - Lithuania. In order to leave the country, it is necessary to inform the rental company. The driving area can be extended to Latvia, Estonia and Poland. A one-time fee of 38€ per country applies for travel to Latvia and / or Estonia; crossing border to Poland - 49€.

Age requirements for the driver

• All drivers must be minimum 19 years old with one year of driving experience. Young driver fee 5€ per day, for drivers with age 19-24.

Insurance

• The car rental price includes Collision Damage Waiver insurance valid in the territory of Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia; theft insurance; standard rental insurance with personal liability for a car up to from € 600 per accident, depending on a reserved car class.
• If you choose partial insurance - your excess will be smaller.
• If you choose full insurance - deposit 100 Eur, excess 0 Eur.
• The insurance does not cover any damages made by vandalism, natural disasters or war actions, also if the lessee is found driving under the influence of alcohol or psychotropic substances, if the lessee moves from the scene of the accident without any notice, if no declaration of an accident or a police report is presented and if the car was used by the third party, not mentioned in the rental agreement.

Car delivery/return fees

• You can pick up your car 24 hours a day at our airport offices. Late check-in at Vilnius and Kaunas airports 22:00 - 00:00 - 15.00 €, 00:00 - 08:00 - 25.00 €. Late meeting at Palanga Airport 20:00 - 00:00 - 15.00 €, 00:00 - 08:00 - 25.00 €. Car pick-up / drop-off at Riga Airport - 22:00 - 00:00 - 15.00 €, 00:00 - 08:00 - 25.00 €. When returning the car during non-business hours, the renter is responsible for the car until the next business day (08:00 - 22:00), when a company representative will inspect the car.

Additional driver

• The vehicle can be driven only by the lessee and other drivers, mentioned in the car rental agreement. If you want to drive a car with other persons, they have to be declared at the beginning of the rental. The lessee who signs the rental car contract is the main driver and is fully responsible for the car.

Fuel Policy

• Full - Full. Car is issued with full tank of fuel. At the end of rent the car has to be returned with the same amount of fuel as it was given to you.

Roadside assistance and replacement car

• Technical assistance on the road 24/7 is provided in Lithuania territory only with roadside assistance service. In other cases, this service is also provided, but the cost of it is paid by the lessee. Also, when the vehicle is damaged due to no fault of the lessee, a replacement car is provided for the whole rental period. The Lessor reserves the right to cancel the reservation for the car breakdown or accident, if the event was due to the fault of the lessee. In the event of vehicle breakdown on the lessee’s fault, repair costs are paid by the lessee.
• The vehicle is allowed to be driven only in customized ways. Driving off-road is strictly prohibited. All costs incurred due to improper operation of the car is covered by the lessee.

Cancellation, absence or delay

• You have a right to cancel your booking for free at any time, but not later than 72 hours left until the time of car pick-up. Free cancellation time is stated before booking, as well after by e-mail order corder confirmation letter.
• In case you are delayed or late to take your booking it is highly recommended to contact the car rental company by phone: +370 662 12110.
• In case you cancel your booking less than 72 hours left until the time of car pick-up or if you do not arrive to take your booking, you are obliged to compensate 20% from the total price of your booking.

Additional information

• Smoking in vehicles is strictly prohibited and is subjected to a fine of € 200.00. Also, damaged or soiled interior is a subject to a 100.00 € fine for each damaged part if a standard cleaning is not enough.
• No animals are allowed in the vehicles. If you let any animal in the vehicle, the rental company will charge a penalty fee
• You are responsible for any charges and fines, including tolls, congestion charges, speeding tickets and parking or traffic fines. If you will receive the traffic violation, we have to provide the police with the driver information. You will have to pay the adinistration costs for handling your fine up to 100 EUR / ticket.
